Quality means the fulfilment of customer requirements and to try to exceed these whenever possible. The SCHMIDT Group has set itself a high standard within the performance guarantees given to customers and employees. The following principles apply for transport, storage and other logistical services:
The products and services of the SCHMIDT Group are constantly performing at the highest level. This standard is subject to being continuously improved with ”best practise” in mind.

The SCHMIDT Group’s Safety and Quality management system has been accredited to DIN EN ISO 9002 since 1993. The independent assessments of the SCHMIDT Group service processes, equipment and installations are regularly effected by BVQI (Bureau Veritas).
In 1997, a SCHMIDT Group location presented itself successfully for an SQAS assessment for the first time. SQAS (Safety and Quality Assessment System) is an assessment system for road transport operators, developed by the Association of European Chemical Industries (CEFIC), in order that their quality and safety systems can be rated on an even basis.
Safety and quality being essential parts of the service chain have, therefore, priority.
