Successfully Present at the Munich Fair
For the second time and with absolutely positive results, SCHMIDT participated in the Munich
Transport-Logistics Fair as an exhibitor.
This international trade fair for logistics, telematics and traffic took place for the 12th time May 12 thru 15, 2009, on the premises of the Munich Neue Messe.
This world-wide largest exhibition for a multi-layer structure of goods transports by road, rail, water or air attracted 1750 exhibitors from 55 countries and more than 47,500 trade visitors. That is an 11 % increase in exhibitors over the last event. „These results have surpassed any expectations by far. Here in Munich, the industry has proven with aplomb that we are thinking positively and forging ahead with flexibility, mobility and lots of innovations - in spite of any crises taking place“, said Eugen Egetenmeir, Member of the Top Management of the Munich Exhibition.
The impressive SCHMIDT booth in Hall B 5 attracted a great number of clients and prospects for information about our company’s extensive service portfolio.
Visitors were especially interested in the new
business areas of food and feed transports.
